Very good sportsmanship from Dani to throw the starving dog Hayden a bone in qualifying

Pedrosa came to America Loaded for bear this year! Can't see DeAngelis factoring into this one for the duration though. And Canepa out-qualifying Kallio???

When you consider that Rossi and Stoner were the only two last year to dip into the 1”40's, it certainly makes little Dani Pedrossas' times, consistently in the 1”39's all the more impressive. It's going to be one hell of a show tomorrow.

good quali, no one had anything for pedro the whole session though. jorge led a bit, but it was just when pedro was in the pits.
Good job by Nicky, top ducati by a lot, still improving.
And no, there is no home track advantage here, he's only raced indy once, just like everyone else.

Good job Dani!
It must be very satisfying for Hayden to qualify ahead of Dovi at his home gp! :)
Kallio on the factory bike slower than Canepa on the Pragmac? :?

No much changed at the top from this morning. Dani looks to be on rails - Lorenzo and Rossi better not let him get away at the start.

Where is the Kallio fan club these days? It's been a bit of silence from them lately.

Still too bad Yamaha couldn't scrape together a parts bin special for Spies. Love to see him fight it out with Rossi one more time before the Doctor goes 4-wheeling.
