What is it with you Rossi/Stoner/Dani haters, you lot really are a sad lot.
As this seems to be a Rossi slagging session i would suggest you listen to the previous best riders in the world - Lawson,Rainey,Schwantz,Roberts,Doohan, Nieto,Ago all say he is brilliant,i think their opinion rather than some sad t***er sat in front of a computer all day can be taken a little more seriously.
Get a life , enjoy watching Casey,Vale,Jorge and Dani as it is not often you get a championship with so many brilliant riders in with a shout..grow up peeples.

Yes I value there opinions and not one of them has said he is the goat as some of you put it.
Also however my opinion of Rossi is yes he is one of the great racers and also THE most fortunate in terms of circumstances and the way his career has panned out.
Good luck to the guy.
Wouldn't worship him though.

IMO the Indy crash was purely rider error - trying to brake too hard whilst flicking the bike (on a slightly dusty track). If anyone on here has ever ridden a bike with any gusto and not just watched it on tv, they will know the front unloads at that point, the contact patch gets smaller as you get more upright, and if you still have a handful of brake the front is prone to locking. Plus trying to change direction while the rear is in the air isn't too clever!
If he didn't have the red mist because J-Lo had passed him and was faster on the day, he could have slowed it up, ran a little wide and maybe lost a second - but still scored 20 points.

He may be one of the best, but no god!!!

A message for Jorge:
You are faster than Mr Rossi, but you need to defend your line once you get by. Hold him behind until you get to the sections you are faster, the gun it. He has only beaten you by making desperate block passes and messing with your rhythm - don't let him do it. If he is faster on the day, do it to him.
Oh, and remember, he's not adverse to knocking people off the track if he can't win on merrit.

Ps, Did Yamaha have nothing to do with developing the M1?!!!

Go Jorge :p
