Ducati should just run "substitutes" or whatever at every race. That way they can try out a bunch of different riders until they find one that goes fast a la Foggy, Bayliss, Stoner.

Then, when a rider comes out and kabooms the field, they just keep him.

Yes is was a short cut and if you check his lap times on every other lap, you'll realise that..
His fastest lap, outside the shortcut, was from memory, the same as JTs, still commendable, but not faster tan Dovi or Capi..

It seems that Filippo Preziosi himself has pushed for Pramac to sign him, since they've seen a lot of similaritines between Esparagaro's and Stoner's riding styles, so they will have more useful input for developing the bikes.

Regarding Canepa, it wouln't be hard to improve on his results, he's been promoted too fast to motogp, I guess that he should have been able to ride a full season in a lower world championship category before making the jump. He's been good at testing but it isn't the same as racing, good testers doesn't always make good racers.

Yet another dumbass decision by a motogp team.
Aleix is another Canapa who doesnt deserve to be there and will add absolutely nothing to an already poor spectacle.
Simoncelli, Barbera and Bautista, on the other hand, have all paid their dues and deserve their chance and I hope they do well.

I see this as a chance to groom Espargaro in the lower pressure satellite team over the course of the 2010 season and then, should Hayden fail to produce sufficient results, replace Hayden on the factory team in 2011.

Unless the Rossi fans still feel that Rossi will leave Yamaha after 2010 and attempt to bow out having won a MotoGP Championship on 3 different makes of bikes. LOL

Kallio should be a bit worried by his introduction to the team. As should Hayden. I hope Nicky can find something next year and get back up towards the front a bit more.

S'funny..

Hayden seemed to be doing better while Stoner was away.
Now he's back..?

He's still in with shout of respectability, if he finishes strong..same as the others. that's gonna be what goes on your CV. 7th or 14th.
