Way to go, Antonio...

the more people out there realize how exciting this sport is the better... especially the people in the states who at the moment most of them are still not even aware of this sport's existence despite the number of celebrities who came n watched motogp in person. it shows that the last Indy race there were some empty seats in the grand stands. unlike those when held in spain or italy.

u might as well promote this sport by making a movie based on one of the motogp legends... it'd be awesome!!! :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Hang on there... Indy's attendance was as good if not better that most MotoGP venues. The reason there was empty seats is it Indy can sit about 300,000 people. No MotoGP venue draws that many fans.

Good news! not only for publicity. Remember the Seedorf team back in 03/04/05, got very good results with Hector Barbera. And the team was created by Clarence Seedorf, a Dutch soccer player.

Of course he had 0,00000% input for these results. Or maybe it's the money.....but it sounds cool :p

Great news if it ups the profile of the championship.

What ever happened to Seedorf? And the marvelously named Totti Top Sport?

@pierce

Good Point well made - The brickyard is a venue of immense proportions - god knows who could draw a capacity crowd??

Shame about the track surface Though!!

Seeing that it was so well attended , you might want to question RAWDAWG as to why he tells us that no-one in the states gives a S@@T about GP !

quote

"And no one in the general public or most who ride motorcycles in the States don't know who Rossi or Stoner is - they both are nobodies here."

Maybe so, but the Stats are HUGE !!!!

Small numbers percentage-wise still add up to vast fans in attendance !!! - Thank God !!

Cheers

Why don't the rich boys in the sport sponsor riders/teams? ( - Yes, Rossi, I do mean you. You can afford it. We don't want the sport to die do we?)
I'm not being nasty but it's an idea. Something needs to be done.
