Checa is old school, hes aint part of the current motogp field, current motogp riders are mostly world champions or close worls champions in previous classes,
as far as biaggi goes, i always liked him, but given his pace on the suzuki, gos knows what he would have been capable of on a second yr with that bike, as far as this yr, he did a gr8 job for aprilia,

unfortunately biaggi haters will only look at the bad side of things..

if spies doesnt win next yr champ, hes sh it.

except it of ignore it, fk, let him prove himself worthy to fight my top 4

rossi, stoner, lorenzo and ped,

he can use his elbows if needed

For comparison ben's superpole this year would have gridded him 13th on the motogp grid last year 2.3s off Stoner's pole position. Its the closest I've ever seen between the two types racing machines.

It wills not so easy, MotoGP is quite different with SBK. The skills, bikes, teams and tensions in SBK can not be compared to MotoGP.
But I believed Ben will learn a lot for a few next years. And we have just to wait for another great season to watch. He'll put another color in MotoGP.
:) :) :)

First off, to get back on point it ain't the paint that makes Spies M1 special. Yamaha is flying three proto 2010 bikes over for him to 'evaluate.' So try to peer inside that fairing if you dare. Do you honestly think that the Yam engineers want his bike to fail? LOL!

Yamaha is investing big bucks into Spies, and you can bet he'll get a good bike next year as well.

As for all the Limey's who have been out here bloviating about Spies chances, let me ask you this: Who are you rooting for next year in MotoGP, since you will have no Brit riders in MotoGP? LOL again.

Your boys have been relegated to the "B" team.

Sorry but some of the comments out here just p!ssed me off.

yeah, why even talk abt him.. useless, so many riders come and go, hes just another one of those sbk lads, or american racing lads, no biggie,

not worth posting 98 comments on this

let him prove himself on track, i get to see all sessions live, so i will see for myself even though i kinda know how much talent he has to offer...

btw im canadian lol

The first 5 riders will all be factory riders so Spies can do no better than 5th but expect him to be 12th at best. WSBK is a million miles from motogp.
