Word on the street is that Vittoriano Guareschi and Rossi get along really well, whereas Livio and Rossi did not see eye to eye. Could there be something in the wings for Rossi to move to Ducati with Vittoriano calling the shots. He would be able to have free rein to have his own team if he so chooses. If Rossi was to leave Yamaha, surely Nicky would be out of a job. I wonder if Stoner would accept a step down role and have Rossi getting first preference to all things new. He would have no choice IMO as he could not produce the WC's and Manufacturers Title the last 2 years. Ducati is looking for a bright shining star and Rossi is it. Italy would go crazy and Ducati would sell bikes.

He had better not say anything as Stoner would immediately follow up with "I lost all respect for Livio Suppo". :D

Here's a thing, a new project manager at Honda, at last they must finally be preparing to give Pedrosa and his loud mouth manager the push. With Puig having so much say about the way things are done they wouldn't need Suppo would they? Well he's in and time will tell. With 2 mechanics from Yamaha and a Ducati man on board they are certainly going to be a mixed bunch next year, let's hope it helps HRC change direction for the better.

It will be interesting if Casey goes to Honda and Livio is there wonder how things will work out between the two at a different team.
