Ha ha, too funny. Obviously 2.35% of people haven't been watching any motoGP races this year.

So let me get this straight?
More people think Ben will win the race (beating Pedrosa, Lorenzo, Stoner and Rossi) than get beaten by them yet finish ahead of Colin?

if he is as good as all his fans say he is, then he should be up there, especially when yamaha have thrown all the best machinery at him. they could not contemplate him being beaten by a tech 3 bike, what a let down that would be. then his fans will do what british fans have done to toseland, built him up just to knock him down again. lets see if mr. cool can cut it with the best bike !! make no mistake he will be riding a works bike there is no doubt about it. if they say he is'nt then they are just covering themselves for the potential failure. i can't wait !!
but remember whatever happens this weekend he will be on a tech 3 bike next year. come on edwards !!!

Top six ahead of the two Tech 3 bikes.

He is a quick learner - came in to WSB and mastered new tracks he had never ridden. Don't discount him. Consistent top 5 finishes, my bet.

I see he is listed as Factory Yamaha Racing on the motogp(dot)com live timing website. Currently the slowest Yam......but only had 10 or so minutes! He will out qualiy Toseland, I'm sure.....but then Toseland was fast first GP I seem to remember...but then.....guess what happened

i can't wait to see him bash fairings with rossi et al.
he has done it all season with the best of SBk. beating Nori is no small achievement.

however spies himself has played down expectations. he never did that even at the very first round of SBK.
so i assume he will play it safe and try anything stupid.

my prediction is a solid top 10, running with edwards, elias, de angelis loris and perhaps kallio. i dont see him taking too many risks with guys like elias and de angelis who are both desperate to impress for a ride!(think misano!)
