Stoner has shown who is really the fastest guy out there since he's come back. 3 wins in a row anyone?

Edwards and Dovi could be the best battle of the weekend.

Sobering start for Ben. GP can definitely make you feel mortal... it's a realistic start, though.

I hope Stoner doesn't run away with this. It would nice to see a race.

Quite embarrasing for the rest of the Ducati riders I mean wannabees.

Poor Toseland, Spies is a mere fraction away.

Rossi will definitely put some fire on Sunday.

It's early days for Ben, and from the live timing session it looks to be going well for him, while Toseland would seem to be having his usual problems with front/rear balance.

It's not a factory Yam. According to MotoMatters.com the bike is IDENTICAL to the Tech 3 bikes.

Just goes to show (once again), that IMO, Casey is the fastest rider in MotoGP, not the best (before Rossi fans throw a strop!)

Looking like a battle between the usual suspects to me. Great effort from Spies to be less than two tenths off JT already, seeing that he has never ridden an M1 before. Full expect at top 10 qualifying position from Ben tomorrow (ahead of JT) and a good top 8 finish on Sunday.

I think that's a good time for Spies. I'm interested in hearing his comparisons between the WSB bike & the MotoGP bike. I agree w/ Spies - a top ten would be a good result. I also agree with Vali - fighting with the second group would be an excellent result.
