Here's hoping #27 triumphs again on Sunday. No "hilarious" staged celebrations, maybe just a stand up wheelie over the line. Just how racing should be.

Although Sundays race will be a wash for the championship, it still would be nice to see fellow (4) pilots Duke it out for the grand finale of our sport.

In my view the camera work needs an overhaul, like when a racer such as Stoner is opening up a lead and nobody is capable of actually racing with him.
In this day and age there is no reason why we can't have extreme close ups of the machine workings such as suspension, tyre, rider movements etc.
The Germans used to do some occasional good stuff during the Hockenhiem races. This is needed more than ever and to be expanded upon.
It provides better entertainment for the viewer..and I might add some education for the ones that could benefit. :pGO CASEY!!!KICK ASS :) :) :)

Forgot to mention the slow motion aspect of the close ups too that the Germans did.Brilliant stuff.
Some of these race tracks are also rather garbage but I don't see that changing anytime soon.
Valencia is a goodie though! :)

@Dray you are a complete wally. Crash needs to introduce a way that registered users can vote down comments like yours until they disappear from the site. You would be the number 1 target.

Guys I have just got off the phone to Casey. He's agreed to go slower this weekend so that Rossi, Lorenzo and Pedrosa can give him a bit of a race. But he says the problem is that whenever he slows down, Rossi and the others just slow down as well!

Seriously - any rider who's got the speed and the talent will use it to streak off into the distance and obliterate his opposition. Casey would be mad not to. Like Doohan said, "What do you want me to do, slow down?"

Waz- next time he calls can you ask him to agree to turn up every weekend and stop saying he's sick everytime he loses. The engines rules are making amockery of things, all the championship contenders are on tired engines and Stoner whose involved in his own championship has a fresh one. Comeback next year Casey and tell us your healthy.. Both you and ou pal waz are a bit of a laughing stock this year.

This is just brilliant....first off Stoner only wins because he's got the fastest bike....then its because he's got the best tyres...now unbelievably it's because he has the freshest engine....
Heres a theory...an incredibaly talented rider who unluckily for for him was injured '08 and struggled with illness '09.

I assume people know that the engines used in the factory bike used by Kallio (actually Stoners team and bike!) count towards the total allowed by Stoner as the predetermined allotment to that entry (the #27 machine). Therefore, the bike/engine combination has done the same number of rounds as Rossis, Lozzas etc. And hit the deck more as well. Thanks Mika!
The Duc has been reliable since it's debut season, so why the surprise at it's performance/longevity? Oh that's right, to be that fast, he must be cheating. Hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahaha hahahaha haha hahahaha!

I think him being the only one who seems to be able to tame the beast the Duc is supposed to be...Makes his accomplishments even more impressive.

Rossi would probably be great on the Duc...Any rider that likes to ride by the seat of their pants should like a mean and nasty race bike.

Stoner has nothing to prove or gain by winning this weekend...With 2nd all but out of the quesion.

He is looking for one thing...To win.

And I for one think this is the guy to beat this last race.

:)
