Casey is at his devastating best. He might make tommorow's race a bit dull unless the other guys can find something tommorow morning. With a bit of luck we might see some nice action down the order. It will be interesting seeing how Spies gets on in the race. He's made good progress all weekend and might have the race pace to battle for a top 6 spot.

and if Stoner IIISSSS riding for next year (and not testing) he is playing his cards way too early. He will only serve to send Honda and Yamaha into a frenzy over winter to up their packages. So it just seems he is riding for himself (too much too early, or too little too late)

It's just looks to me like a boxer scoring the knockout punch when the bell has rung and the other guy dropped his arms. (though not as dirty obviously)

Alaywa, Lorenzo is pretending 2nd in the title actually matters becasue he is being outpaced at home. Maybe it would be slightly disappointing to lose second in the title but taking a win in front of your home fans is a more important goal. Nobody gives a stuff who first loser was. Lorenzo will be going for the win tomorrow.

Rossi will send an official request for 2010 to the DORNA for swapping "Valencia final round" for "whatever you want mate but not Valencia final round" LoL

desh

JLo stated at the beginning of the year his goal was to crack into the top 3, which he clearly did!! Battling for the GOAT all year in his second year on equal machinery (no clear advantage). Second in the WC is one hell of a feat, and dont take anything from it..JLo certainly doesnt. JLo is on an amazing career trajectory and has calmed his earlier irrational over zealous mistakes. In fact its more disgusting (a la Stoner) to dismiss 2nd 3rd and anything else as meaning nothing, demeaning all the other great riders on the roster!
Second and becoming an "alien" topping Stoner and his traditional rival Pedrosa is worth more than 1 win!! Otherwise he would have settled for that last year

Alaywa you really do like to lie to yourself to make yourself feel better, don't you?

Why do you think there are races on? For riders to refuse to win them???
If anything Rossi is chasing Ago's win tally and he IS the one who needs to win as many races as he can.

The whole point of racing is winning races, so if you didn't happen to win the championship then you'll win as many races as you can. You think regardless of what Casey does, Yamaha and Honda wouldn't do EVERYTHING in their power to make the best package they can??
Are they simply building bikes to be as good as the next guy's bike or are they building them to win?? Wake up from your delusions...

Stoner, fast when it doesn't matter. Stoner under pressure? In the gravel, on his backside or back home hunting 'roos

A Yamaha rider will be champ next year. Impressed with Spies though. JT and CV have rolled up the white flag. Roll on Cal Crutchlow or Rea making the step up !

The reason why I rip Stoner and not the others for being too late is cause, from Stoner's own mouth he doesnt value 2nd or 3rd in the WC, and clearly 1st is gone for him. While the other riders ride to achieve the highest level they can and can be happy and proud with their achievements and the spectacle they provide for us. Generally they are a positive bunch who know what this is all about (fans and competition and development of amazing machines). But there is one grump out there who rides for only himself! So that't the source of my back handed (fast) compliment. Either Stoner is full of BS or he belongs time trialing off camera somewhere in the outback.

You're a fool Alaywa. All GP riders want to win every race. Its what makes them GP riders.
