All this Spies talk is great and well deserved but its his fourth race in gps and he could'nt match JT's 2nd on the grid and sixth place finish in his 1st gp race which has been so quickly forgotten. Leave with your head held high JT and go and break some more records in WSB. NO regrets who knows what could of happened for JT next year had he stayed with tech3

Toselands bike was the 3rd slowest this weekend Spies bike was one of the fastest I dont think Tech3 gave Toseland a good bike for this last race they did not want him getting a good result so they could justify the rider change.

No JT bike was not as fast or as good as Ben spies's bike was for sure. But Even if it was Ben would have still beaten JT, there will almost certainly be alot of stuff that when on in that garage that we will never know about, BUT JT lost faith in himself before the season started and never recovered. Maybe Tech 3 put all the effort and money in CE side after 4-5 races in but then again any team would when the results speak form themselves. BS positon was more a reflection of how much JT head is down as much as BS talent (Alhough fair play and a great first ride!!). I hope JT refinds the person in 08 who started GP he resembled Ben today!! :p

Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Mabye if he spent less time trying to play mind games with Edwards and more time concentrating on racing he might have actually been successful.

Good riddance, and Spies will be a breath of fresh air at Tech 3 next year.

First commentator, I suspect you are JT's mother and write here regularly under several names. No offense, and your JT is a truly good guy and a wonderful talent, but ONLY a boy's mother could delude herself about his time in ZGP the way you apparently do. JT is slower than his teammate CE, and CE is a 2nd tier GP rider. Your boy did not make it in GP. Sorry, but tha is how it is. It was not the bike. It was not mean people. For whatever reason these things happen, despite being very good on a superbike, he was SLOW on a GP bike. And it was clear he was going to stay that way.

JT seems to have realized this, finally. Help him in his new endeavour.

Start by stopping the crazy talk here.

Always been a big Toseland fan and am really looking forward to next years Superbike Championship but... having seen Bens Pies ride in Moto GP this aft does leave me a little worried that maybe it was Pies that made the Yam look good in Supers and maybe Toseland could end up looking like Sykes by the end of next season...
