If they're so keen on saving money why do they persist with a schedule that has 2 races in the US seperated by a month, but with Czecho in between... :?

Well that is all welll and good but where is anything on the new Ducati machines?
Stoner and Hayden were out on their new machines yesterday. ...complete with new engine that sounded completely different. While not formally called a big bang it was dubbed the "V-Twin" by Preziosi. Stoner said it was much smoother and offered more grip, while Hayden thought so too but commented he thought it was a little down on power.

You can bet that any changes to the calendar were made at the behest of Bernie Ecclestone applying the thumbscrews during his 'meetings' with Dorna at the weekend........Carmello's knees must be sore from all that grovelling.

"why there is only MotoGP race at Laguna Seca?? "

It's because bike racing is limited at the circuit and they hold the AMA superbike and MotoGP on the same weekend
