I'm very happy, because I'm a big fan of Takahashi since his brilliant wildcard in the Motegi GP, back in 2002.

He was very unlucky to loose his MotoGP seat this year. Hopefully he'll have much more positives this time! I don't doubt about his talent. And his experience with heavier machines should work in his favour.

And Tech3 always seems a very stable and good team in my opinion. De Rosa is also a good choice!

Good to see Yuki back in action and de Rosa is an up and comer. It looks like they have some very experienced crew chiefs on board that should really help the project out.

no doubt the standard engine has the right measurements and fittings, I thought there was an article on here saying that honda would be lucky to have all the engines ready for the start of the season don't quote me though. :)

I thought after the past few races Jules Cluzel would have had the inside running for a spot at Tech3. He was certainly fast but perhaps his win/bin mentality was looking too risky/expensive for Pocheral next year.

I thought Cluzel would be a lock as well. Hopefully he'll score a good ride somewhere. I think he showed his talent by riding at the front. There's that saying about being able to make a fast guy not crash but not being able to make a slow guy fast. I'd like to think that's true and he'd do well on a more competitive machine.

Gringo - I heard that the race spec engines will not be available until the end of February.

That exhaust looks loud! Interested to see that the header pipes are very long.
