Nicky should be much higher considering what he's done with the Duke over the past year. I'd put him in my top 2, alongside James Toseland who had to endure a horrendous season thanks to the evil Colin Edwards and Guy Coulon or whatver his name is.

Olly Murs, why was JT not able to overcome the evil Colin? Only shows that he was not up to scratch, rightly given the boot.

Decent season for Nicky - and good to see he finished all the races in the points that he wasn't taken out of - should be a far better 2010...

Some people just do not seem to understand, there are no riders in MOTOGP who are not utterly brilliant at what they do.

JT got stiffed, Melandri rescued his reputation on the Hayate, Hayden showed his undoubted class, slowly getting to grips with that tricky bike.

Nicky is still the only person to beat Rossi fair and square, Stoner only managed it when the Ducati seemingly had a turbo fitted and a ridiculous speed advantage..... Only an idiot would knock him.

Nicky certainly was one of the most improved of the season. The Duke certainly does not look like an easy bike to ride.

Hayden's a good rider, but he's not near the top 4

I read all the Ducati press releases during and after Hayden's sighning and not one of them mentioned him vying for the World Championship.

What they did mention was his work ethic and persistence.
I think Ducati hired him to develop the bike into something all the Ducati riders could get into the top ten and to that end he's done a great job.

I think part of Stoners devastating form on return from illness was the improvements Hayden had made to the bike while he was away

Hayden is one the hardest working and most committed riders in Moto GP and deserves to be in the top 10. Whether he has another title in him is another question, his best chance will be on the 1000cc bikes in 2011 should suit him better. As for the "evil" Edwards what rubbish, most fans will be dissapionted that JT didnt make it work but this is a very competative sport and unfortunatly JT wasnt given the time to sort it out. It had nothing to do with Edwards

Hayden in the top 10?! I suppose it depends whoelse is in the top10 but I strongly suggest that he is higher up than he should be.

By rep Nicky needs a lot of seat time on a bike to get to grips with it and with the new practice rules and reliability issues at the top of the season let alone being victimized by kamikazes from the rear have conspired to hold him back. But from his performance in MotoGP so far, he is never going to be a front runner and can only hope to finish in the middle of the top 10 and wait for some one up ahead to have misfortune. All things considered #10 is a good rating.

Hayden smilar to Elias perform when it comes to contract time anyway he will get humillated by the new Tech 3 recruit Ben Spies.
