“2010 will be his rookie year, but that does not mean Ben should give up on getting strong results”

I wouldn't be surprized if The Ben gets at least a podium on the Tech 3 Yamaha, that alone is already a great achievement given the strenght of the opposition.
His 'learn and stay humble' style will soon reap results :)

What the hell is it with the logos and obscure numbering styles nowadays? The picture of Spies looks like a number 4 at first glance and I will soon need a TV that fills the entire wall of my living room to see who is where on the first lap, especially in 125 and Moto2.

Anyone remember the days when you used to be able to tell the rider by the number on the front and side of his bike?

Ben Spies....Mr Rookie-not-a-Rookie :? Sure he'll be the best of the young guns.

Nonetheless I would love to see Aoyama San mix-up with the Texas Terror...It could a great year for both.

wait & see...but I'm tired to wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait

It does kind of look like a 4. They should ditch the star logo behind the 11 so that the 11 stands out more.

Still, regardless of numbers, easiest way for me to tell who is who is by helmets.

When Herve says that Spies has access to the other Yamaha riders data, I wonder if he is talking about static base set up and settings.

I've noticed Yamaha (and Honda) have never said that their satellite team riders have had access to their top riders telemetry(where the real secrets lay)

sure Ben is a awesome rider but so is lorenzo look at his first year.Filled with crashes and stupid misstakes also Stoner even Rossi and Dani struggled in their first years in Gp racing so please dont put Ben on that high horse like he is going to change the wourld this coming season
Just give him a chance to learn and adapt to the bike
