Wel, that makes rawdork and Carmelo 2 people that believe in their attitudes and judgements. Shall we tally up? About 5000 to 2 close enough? It would really be great if one of these guys would man up and admit to what everyone sees.

This is expected though, what's he suppose to say. He's going to look at the few great races to prove his point and others are going to look at the worst races/stats to prove theirs. He's a CEO defending his decision, is that a surprise to anyone?
I'll be welcoming the big bikes back, but there will still be a lot of electronics so I don't think it'll be like the 500cc era.

I agree with you,CEO,you are not a good forecaster.
Same as the forecaster's predicting the 2010 title outcome. 'Fortune cookies' and 'clairvoyants' by and large miss the boat on this website,90 to one.
I've got one 'forecast bet' covered.
Valentino Rossi will NOT beat Doohan's record of 12 wins in one season, established back in the days when rules were the same for everyone.

I think it's interesting he says "up to"..
A lot of people were under the impression for 2012 1000cc/4cyl/81mm everyone would run motors adhering to this spec.
If all 800s are below 81mm, fine. You want to build a twin or triple, great.
Weight difference between liter and 800 will be key, maybe fuel too.
IMO they should raise minimum weights anyway, purely because the naturally bigger riders look like scarecrows.

I'll never cease to be amazed at the staggering arrogance of this man.....he and his organisation are the worst thing that's happened to the top class of bike racing in recent years...just my humble opinion of course!

I see my daily fanboy stalker is already showing his affection for me before I even post.....

This is just some face saving corporate speak. If 800s were so fantastic than Dorna wouldn't be looking to change the rules.
