I must admit, i had reservations about Moto 2 when it was first announced, but if the close times in testing are anything to go by, it will be a cracking c/ship.
Great to see Scott Redding up at the sharp end, even more impressive considering how little time/experience he has with 4 strokes.
Can't help thinking the ex Moto GP guys will have the experience over race distance, to come out on top.
But we'll see!

Less than 3 seconds from the front to the back of the grid is COMPETATIVE!
I originally thought this was a good idea when 1st proposed, I now think it's a great idea!
Will the Moto2's out shine the MotoGP bikes? Of course they won't!
Will this class disgrace itself? Not a chance!
Let battle commence!!!

Agree with "Phil", I was very dubious about this class when it was announced.

20 bikes within 1 second, can't argue with that.

Obviously Honda have got the engines very close in performance, it just would've been better if they were a bit faster. They are only about 1/2 a second faster than the 125's.

If Dunlop gave them some softer tyres, we'd get some 'elbows in the grass' action, it would bring the lap times closer to the 250's, and it would work the chassis harder(give the engineers more to think about!)
