MotoGP » Pedrosa: We have to make history repeat itself in Qatar!

By some margin the furthest from the pace of the anticipated 2010 MotoGP title contenders during testing, Dani Pedrosa acknowledges that Repsol Honda needs a repeat of two years ago in the Qatar curtain-raiser this weekend...

I'm no big Repsol Honda afficianado, but I was just watching Dani and Dovi's performance at Quatar last year. How Dani saved that incident when Alex hit his injured knee is amazing.Dovi's late braking.
Anyone criticize these two obviously never raced at their level.
All the best to both of you..Dani is as 'game as hell'.Give credit where its due.Like Casey,he just rides it..when it works,it works, when it don't the 'puppy peddlar's' have a 'field day'.

pedrosa could end up getting humiliated by the Repsol Honda #2 and also a departure from the works Honda team too I bet HRC has grown frustrated with losing and will go after top riders like Lorenzo and Stoner.

I have never really rooted against a rider in my life but I find myself rooting against Pedrosa. My prediction him and Puig head to a satellite team next season and Lorenzo takes his seat.

To be champion you've got to finish...obvious I know but Dani falls off too often. Casey used too but stopped, Jorge still does but is improving, Mikka... this season we will see.

The Doctor is the standard, if you bin it more often than he does then you ain't ever going to be champion because every race you don't finish or struggle with from that injury he will take points.

@ DAVIDO.
Funny you should say "Stoner used to fall off but stopped" That only happened when he went to Ducati. And up until now he is the only one that has been able to get the results on the duke. Could it be that the electronics on the bike have overcome Casey's tendency to fall off the bike. Interesting. Maybe Randy De Puntya should be given a chance at riding the Duke.
Not long to go now guys. Most stressful break between seasons that I have gone through. Roll on 2010.

Casey's fast on the ducati because he's a gifted rider

he fell off only in his debut year & everybody who rides the satalite hondas seems to fall a lot....

rossi fell off quite a lot in his debut year too...

the fact that no one other than casey can ride the ducati quickly is testimony to the fact that casey is an amzing rider

cheers

What about all the times he fell off the 250? Once while in the lead at PI, and put him out of contention for the title that year with only a couple of races to go.
You really believe that there is no other factor in Casey being the only rider to go fast on the Duke apart from talent?
I think there is something else there that makes them (the team) awesome. The bike is more user friendly this year so we will see if Hayden can step up to the plate.
