Dear Aholus, oracle of motorcycling and knower of all, do you remember posting this a couple days ago?

"Ducati will announce a 2 year deal with Rossi Monday. You read it here first".

Well my friend, as I type this, there aren't too many places on this planet where it's still Monday!
I bet you're still confused as to why there are only 2 other dolts that ever agree with you! Full of it! Ha de bloody ha!

Dorna Sports, MSMA, the Commission agreed to change the maximum engine capacity of the MotoGP class to 1000cc for 2012 season. A limit of 4 cylinders will also be introduced, with a maximum cylinder bore measurement of 81 mm.

Mr Ippolito said: “The main changes we have decided on are new rules for the MotoGP class. We will have four cylinder engines, 4-stroke of course, with a 1000cc maximum, and the bore of the cylinders will be 81mm.

ROSSI 1000cc TEST STARTED SPLENDIDLY. HE WOULD HAVE WON THE WSBK RACE. SEEM TO ME YAMAHA HAVE GOTTEN THE JUMP ON THE OTHER MANUFACTURER. ROSSI PROVES HE CAN STILL RIDE A 1000CC. JORGE HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT 1000CC. WOULD YOU HIRE A PROVEN WINNER? HELL YEA!!

If history means anything then I predict that he will race to finish at the back, and then all the fanboys will applaud him for his great courage to collect that one magnificent point. Remember how he raced for that one point with an injured wrist? I also remember how Horhay raced to the podium with two broken ankles.

Morgue, I bet you must be very upset that Holland made it to the Final but Italy did not. Don't feel bad, at least Flossi's club, Internazionale had won the European Cup and Italian First Division championship.

Don't care about football Coward, never did. It's a stupid sport.
As for Valentino, lapping faster than Toselands poletime and Crutchlows fastest racelap is magnicifient. Try that with a broken leg :)

Go Vale!! :p :)

His times to me anyway can be attributed to the flexi-flyer nature of WSBK bikes. Where as 10 out of 10 times you can save it on a WSBK bike. On a MotoGP bike into the kitty litter you go.

Rossi riding the R1 was really his only option. Against the rules to ride the M1. Rossi may well go to Ducati.

But one thing is not even open to debate. Rossi is the King of motorcycle racing. The power he possess is awe inspiring. Who else could make the Manufacturers Association shake in their boots ???

I for one hope he does not come back until after the break. And not only that not announce any decision he has made until then.

Can't believe Rossi is even considering this. What's the point ? Fall off again and do some real damage to his leg, perhaps even threaten his future. He won't be fit, he won't be able to concentrate even 95% on riding the bike. If he does have another accident, we may never see him race anything again. Rossi should write off this year, come back for the last few races to get back into it, and focus on next season.
