And don't get me started on the day he rode his bike into the side of Gibernau

Not unheard of in racing . Michael Schumacher did it at least twice to prevent a rival from winning the title. He succeeded once and failed once. Then at Monaco he purposely crashed (lightly) just at the end of qualifying his car in such a way as to block anyone else from beating his time. These hyper competitive types are ruthless.

1motion,

The problem with equal machinery is really about politics. Repsol dumps god knows how much money into Honda for being the factory team. Repsol does not want to see it's "factory" brand being beat out by its satelite sister. I'm certain (have no real proof) this is one of the reasons Telefonica Movistar pulled out (Dani was thier rider).

As much as i hate to say it Rossi has signt with Ducati, and Yamaha let him test the Ducati gp10/11 right after the laste race.
Ducati also want Hayden to stay, so it Rossi/Hayden.
Yamaha will offer Spies a factory contract because he's best the best option.
I hope Dovi signs with Tech3!! But i think Yamaha should offer Dovi a Factory ride.!!
and i read some were, Tech3 had also offer Hayden a contract.

If you are expecting Honda to start treating people with respect keep holding your breath. Remember why Rossi left? Or how they treated Hayden after he handed them the Championship? Honda is and always will be an “Engineering wins Championships” company. The Rider, they believe they can find anywhere. Pedrosa being Spanish and tied to Repsol means he has some clout in that respect. Dovi is getting a taste of the Hayden Kool aid now. He did most of the development work to sort the Ohlins Suspension and now that Pedrosa is benefiting from it Dovi will get the shaft. He deserves better!

And he will continue to do development like Nicky for Dani. But the Red Bull thing fell thru and Honda will do what's best for Honda. After all, that's really the way things work . Can't give Dovi Stoners bike because of seniority.

dovi is going well this year, but he has to go much better if he wants to retain a works seat,it does seem a little harsh to get pushed sideways , but stoner is a race winner,as is danny, dovi won a wet donni ,but so far hes not gone out and beat all the aliens , and thats what he has to do. stoner is signed to win the world title, honda want it,signing stoner will also put pressure on danny to perform better, who is just hanging in there, due to repsol

Unfair. I don't know how Nakamoto and top HRC management can't understand that 2010 bike is made by Dovi. And this year's bike is MUCH BETTER than previous cr@p. Dude has achieved many podiums this year, rode with Lorenzo at front at Catalunya with failed rear brake (I know a lot of people with disagree but still) and just had lack of pace at Jerez and Sachsenring. And what? He hasn't a factory ride for next year.
Remember: Suppo came to HRC to increase sponsorship. It's what we see right now. Dovi's lack of sponsorship - go home. What a bunch of puppets HRC are.

Really hope Dovi will get FULL factory HRC ride next year and kick major Repsol's @ss.

Be ready to hear stories about "worng feet and arms", "small leathers" and "too big helmet". Oh yeah, and front end problems won't fade away I guess.
