Sounds like Yamaha is leaning towards a future of Lorenzo and Spies. Makes sense - Lorenzo has the potential to win multiple titles and Spies has good potential as well.

I for one hope that Rossi moves to Ducati and makes Yamaha regret their choice! Bring on 2011!

Knowing they have Ben whatever happens, Yamaha should be playing hardball with these two.

It's a luxurious situation to find yourself in as a team manager, knowing you can replace the supposed GOAT with the real thing in Mr Spies. I wouldn't be suprised to see Ben destroy Rossi next year when he steps on the Duke.

I HOPE ROSSI STAYS AT YAMAHA FOR 2011 AND WATCH HIMSELF AND JORGE BATTLE IT OUT FOR 18 RACES AND SEE DOES ROSSI STILL HAVE IT!!!!!!! AND TO SEE WHO IS THE TOP DOG :-o..... DONT FORGET STONER ON A FACTORY HONDA TOO THAT GUYS GONNA BE QUICK

They are very high on Spies. My guess if Rossi stays Ben's bike will be very close to full factory spec. But there now is only one #1 factory ride open and Yamaha is negotiating with 2 riders so they might just take a take it or leave it attitude. .
