I feel so sorry for Marco. What happened to him!

It all seemed to go pear shaped after he moved to Ducati. In retrospect he should have stayed with Gresini which seems to be a team that understood what he needed. I hope that he can return to form and fight for podiums soon.

He is rider that has given us some great memories. Who can forget the amazing one handed power slide through the final turn at Phillip Island for the win...awesome!!!

Ducati - Kawaski - Hayate saga a real shame indeed, same goes for John Hopkins where is he? He was riding near the podium in 2007 on the Suzuki, the worst bike of em all. He should have at least got a shot on a Honda or Yamaha, now completely out of the picture.

Hopkins told me he will be back next ama round when I talked to him at laguna! He was starting to show some good form before this last injury. Wish him and Marco the best as they have both been awsome to watch over the years.

Marco,
I've always admired you ever since your raw 125 sizzlig days.I still cannot forget your controlled 250 races. The way I see,you 've been unlucky by not having factory machines.Get well, you can do it! as you did in your 250 races when you raced in a controlled and intelligent manner..good luck
