A unknown circuit is a great determinant of REAL talent. These times times reflect the true capabilities of the riders at this unknown circuit. I see V-R is almost riding with the Suzuki's, wonder what he'll moan about or complain about to cover up his lack of "go fast".

the only man to break into 1.48. casey back to doin wat he dus best- setting lap records.. it's pretty funny how the guys that tried the tracks on superbikes din't break 1.48 barrier. BTW does any1 know how they determine the ideal lap? it was mentioned as 1.48.875

The Yamaha boys will be moaning about top speed again no doubt. There is a reason its won the constructors and riders championship easily 3 years in a row, the big bang in line 4 is genius.. Theyve traded off 2% top speed for better feel and control and clearly its a trade off that works at 90% of tracks.

the ideal lap is the sum of each fastest sector times.

jump on the official motogp website and you can checkout all of the best sector times for each rider.
