The move's were harsh. But it's racing. Vale's an arrogant sod and there's no way he was going let his team mate beat him. Not only that he has a point to prove, that he can beat the young ones, even if they're on the same bike.

It's racing, but Lorenzo is also fighting for a championship, and didn't Rossi say he was going to help him? I guess Lorenzo was racing just has hard, and could have just settled for fourth if he didn't like what Rossi was doing.

But still if it was Rossi going for the championship and Lorenzo doing his best to beat him, many users of Crash would be creating hell at Lorenzo not doing Rossi any favors.

Lorenzo will wrap the title up this weekend - Rossi can still potentially get 3rd so therefore Rossi was well within his rights to try to et more points. Lorenzo expected Rossi to let him past? Why did he not sit back and let Rossi through, after all if its the constructors championship hes worried about - they were going to get 3rd&4th no matter what, whether it was Lorenzo 3rd or Rossi! Used to like Lorenzo, but now realise that the new generation of riders (from Pedrosa, Stoner etc on) arent used to a good old ding dong :(

It was tough but it was good racing. Rossi was never going to roll over and let Lorenzo through without a fight and Lorenzo would have known that.
Lorenzo will win the championship and it was his responsibility not to get involved and put that at risk. It made little difference to him if he finished 3rd of 4th so to moan about it afterwards is a bit lame. He's an excellent rider but still showing some signs of inexperience when it comes to thinking through a race situation.
I think Lorenzo would have been wiser sitting behind Rossi, just following him. That way, Rossi would never have known if he could beat him in a head-to-head. Now Rossi has the upper hand psycologically for next year, assuming the Ducati is competitive.
Great for the sport though and exactly what we need to see more of - I'm fed up with people pulling out a lead and sitting there in front.

It is nice to see Vale feeling like himself again. Vale did say he'd help Jorge, but it was every man for himself in Japan, after all, Dani P wasn't even competing and there is no one else with a realistic chance of catching Jorge for the rider's championship. With no love lost between them and with Vale on the move to Ducati, Imthink Jorge wasn't expecting the scrap he had with Vale. Champions usually go down fighting.

Passing manouvers were perfectly ok. Yes, little bit harsh, but you won't win if youre not agressive.

In my opinion there is another problem. Not passing but breaking. Some time ago there was only left leg that was flying during the breaking into the corner. Now- left or right, the foot flies all over which creates less space for overtaking.
It's seriously dangerous.

it was a 'bit much' for team mates. but in reality it was hard but fair, and no different to what should be expected. Lorenzo has been pretty easy on battles with rossi. last years spanish and german gps spring to mind when he should of slammed the door in his face like he does to other riders. but being his team mate he didnt.

well he should of. Rossi would do it to him. I dont understand some of these riders why dont they just turn in on him when he vale gets all 'im coming through accident or not' Rossi is the one carrying a small injury he has more to lose in hitting the deck.

If colin had done that to rossi then all hell would of broken loose. that is 100% true. BUT Lorenzo should know what to expect and dealt with it better.just call his bluff.
