"We made our position clear. You don't do this; especially considering the situation in the championship."

Thank you Casey for spending the year ironing the bugs out of Rossis Ducati, next year clean sheet new start and if you think thats harsh riding you have seen nothing yet rossi wont be taking team orders from anyone and remember your winning on a bike that was developed by Vale, this next 2 years will sort the men from the boys let see your bike building skills in action roll on the 1000cc bikes where you young guys have absolutely no experience. ps will you girls stop moaning about poor Sete he ran in deep and left a half metre gap, setes problems began when he tried to slam the door the but Rossi was already under him. proper race for the first time this year.

Rossi was hardly going to be criticised in the Gibernau / Stoner situations as they were competing teams. In Lorenzo's case they are team-mates. But who was more 'irresponsible' - The guy who has missed much of the season with injury, can't win the title and wanted that podium or the guy that has a massive lead in the championship and knows the only guy who can catch him is resting up in Spain with a busted collarbone. Lorenzo DID NOT need to race Rossi for 3rd - he is the aggressive/irresponsible one.

you guys stealing my name because you're to pussy to be your own username. its not like we can really fight on here anyway.I can't wait til it happens to Rossi or a serious injury to himself or another rider occurs then all you fangirls will still say "that's racing".2 young riders were killed in the last couple of weeks in freak accidents that did not happen on purpose. How quickly we forget about Tomi and Peter Lenz when Rossi deliberatley hits someone!You girls are so biased when wearing the gay yellow glasses.

Yamaha is afraid, that is all there is to it. Their real star has left because they didn't have faith in him. They wanted lifetime commitment from Rossi, but wanted him to end his career (with them). That is not fair trade with a fellow who is clearly not done racing. So the GOAT leaves and Yam know damn well he will be a thorn in their side. Now they have a Spanish prima donna to tend who is good, but certainly does not bring them the personality and prestige of Rossi and company. Yamaha is afraid, so they lash out at Rossi. Even Honda didn't react this badly. To hell with Yamaha. Sorry Ben.

@skally

Stoner said not long back that the bike Rossi will be riding next year probably wouldn't be anything like what he is on this year. Bit hard to diagnose faults on a bike he has yet to actually ride! Ergo Rossi has no current input into the Duc
Stoner isn't going to Yamaha you know! HONDA is the destination. Therefore he is gaining nothing from Rossi!
Were you thinking while you were typing??
