Elbowz has trounced Simoncelli well and truly I thought it would have been a two way battle for rookie of the year but it turned out to be one way how may times has Marco got the better of Ben Sachensring and a mistake from Spies in Japan mind you #58 made one himself at Catalunya when he crashed while ahead of #11.

to be fair BS had his #1 bike destroyed in JLo oil spill at Sachensring and was riding wet bike.

Marco also finished ahead of BS in Jerez and Le Mans.. maybe b/c Spies did not finish?
