Whatever the condition it's a good showing for Hayden to be so close to the front. He's usually a slow starter.

Not a bad showing from Checa as well all considered. I think he will give the young rookies a bit of trouble this weekend.

re: How are the times meaningless just because it was wet?

some riders decide to play safe, and not to put team through rebuilding bike overnight. Sunday morning practice, QT and saturday practice are usually better indicators.

Hi Guys, Casey here.
Well today's been a tough day for me as we have had one or two problems. The Bridgestone tyres are crap. The electronics guys put the wrong map in the engine management system, when they know I need the one where I just have to sit there and watch the rev counter. The mechanics put the wrong springs in the suspension, the wrong engine in the frame, the wrong seat pad on. To top it all off the circuit owners have resurfaced part of the track and used the wrong asphalt. Then on top of that the old bint went out for some food and came back with a cheese sandwich.
These people are paid a lot of money to do a job for me and they just mess it up all the time. So I'm going to show them. I've had a word with Honda and I am going to employ my own mentor and guru.
