Scott Redding did much less than Bradley Smith in his last year on 125s. (I think it was only one podium in '09) and look at him now! Give Bradley time to gel with the bike and the team and there is no reason he couldn't be a front runner in Moto2. May or may not happen, and I don't think he'll be top Brit in the Moto2 class, but I wish him well and would love to see him at the sharp end.

Great new and well deserved, Finishing Second last year in 125 should have earned him a seat in Moto2 but for whatever reason he stayed in 125.

And to anyone saying why is he going up to Moto2 er... Abraham MotoGP, De Rosa, Ianohe hell even Scott redding all have done far less in 125 and got a seat in Moto2 so anyone with sense can see Bradley MORE than deserves it, his ride today showed he is a thinker and able to ride for the TEAM when it look like he could have won it.

Good Luck Bradley you more than deserve the ride!!

The real talking point is how tech 3 messed up this year with the chassis and rider selection. De rosa is a lukewarm rider, remember when Rossi commentated at sachsenring on eurosport sometime ago.he said raffia trained with him but still had a way to go..takahashi also was not rated by dovi(former teammate)..so now they go with di meglio and smith..hopefully mike can find some form.but I reckon smith will do well.tech 3 results should be better overall.this line up is promising.Herve should've got better riders last season.

Grat news, good to have another top Brit in Moto 2 next year! Will be interesting to see who comes out on top out of the Brits - I think the Top Brit will be somewhere near the top of the Championship standings next season.

"What a shame Tech 3 didn't wait to sign Bradley for the MOTO GP ride. He would have been a far better choice than Crutchless."

So you just started watching racing yesterday, huh?

Let the kid got to Moto2 first. Jeez. It's a reason Moto2 is between 125cc and MotoGP.
