I don't get this chap.

But I do get that he struggles to develop and set-up
a machine as well as ride around issues.

However, he didn't have the same machine as Simo this year, but...

I used to really like Marco. A few years ago he seemed to enjoy his racing and like his mate Rossi, brought some fun to the grid. Not for a long time though.

I guess it's stating the obvious to say he is a head-case. When it is screwed on he can go head to head with anyone. When his head isn't there he moans, gives up and is painful to watch.

In the last 3 years, bar a couple of decent performances on the Hayate, it has been all moans, all depression and seemingly the end of the world.

He is clearly not enjoying his racing anymore. I hope he either clicks on a Superbike and starts smiling again or he calls it a day, enjoys his memories and finds something else to do with his life.

I like Marco.. except that he needs to get his head straight! he tends to focus on negative things, and gloat.. learn something from people like Hayden.

He needs a good team manager, and luckily Andrea Dosolo who managed his Hayate team had signed with Yamaha SBK, so we will see Melandri on top next year.
