I think Nicky will benefit from Rossi and Burgess developing the bike and get more consistent and not fall off as much.
It is a tribute to Stoner that he could ride around the problems like he did, but he still fell off because the front end of the Ducati isn't up to par with the rest of the field. It seems he could say the front end doesn't work, but they just didn't know how to fix it. Burgess knows what has to be done and all the steps in between.
Nicky is more conservative, but when they get that front end sorted team Ducati is going to be much stronger.
And when the 1000s come back, watch out both Rossi and Hayden know how to ride those beasts.

If only they would raise the minimum weights, so that the naturally big guys can compete with the micro jockeys like Danny P.
Even then the likes of Simoncelli, Spies and Hayden would suffer from wind resistance, but at least that wouldn't have to do this stupid dieting.

@nicky4president:

Thanks for your answer. Although this is not a political forum, I'm compelled to speak up. I don't blame you for your opinions as stated, but you have obviously never been to the USA and watch too much TV. Please see my responses below.

Blind patriotism. Funding Israel to commit genocide.
**I'm not in favor of funding israel. We are not all. Genocide? strong word for the reality.
Poor education. Little history. Few own a passport.
**Shallow reason to discriminate.
Arrogance and belief USA is 'the best'.
**patriotism is not the same. sorry
Inherent racism towards non whites in USA.
**Not the way it is whatsoever. sorry
Attacking Iraq/Afghanistan/Vietnam. Nuking Japan.
**Agree/disagree/agree. Strongly disagree. Many more would have died had this not happened. So would a coup in Japan. Read a book
Creating 9/11 and removing all known CCTV footage.
**Really?
World's richest country yet worst polluter.
**Ever heard of Russia? China??

Hayden will finish the season ahead of Rossi next year.He has had a few seasons on the Ducati and knows which way it works and what to expect from it whereas Rossi has to learn the bike from scratch.Try not to be blinded into thinking Rossi is going to change that bike over night and start winning on it.It is not going to happen the way his fans seem to think it is.Just looking at the testing times will back up my claim. The championship will be between Lorenzo and Stoner, noone else will figure in it.I have already put money on it.

I hope Nicky aim for the highest in 2011. GP11 definitely show some improvement from the test. He is in position to take the opportunity get the best out of Ducati using the GP11 for the 2nd title chase.

I am sure I am not alone in that I tuned out of your stupid, ridiculous political rant after the first few lines, tuned back in a few lines later then tuned out again quickly.

Give it a rest sister, this is supposed to be a motorcycle racing forum! Bloody students!
