MotoGP » Crutchlow: Time is lacking – but I'm a fast learner

I just like the way Yamaha races. The whole company attitude is pretty much right on, in my opinion. Crutchlow is in good hands with a good bike to ride and a company that want their riders to be happy.

Nobody knows his real talent on the M1 after only one weekend on a motogp bike ... total. Just a single handful of sessions. Spies had several motogp wildcards races prior to his M1 debut.

Not a good comparison, really. How he gets used to the bike will continue to be interesting tho.

Good on you Crash.net, many of us are fed up with all the hate showing up on your site. Please keep monitoring your site and stop all hate postings so as to let the real fans of our sport give educated opinions. Many keen followers of the sport no longer visit your site because of the rubbish that has invaded it making it a joke to the true believers.

I wish Crash, all the riders and crews and all the true fans all the best for the new year, bring on next season.

Your have to be kidding me!!!! Is this a joke or what??!!

Crash is now trying to stick to it's guns with editing and monitoring post and deleting post "not on topic" or "abusive"? Really? Really?

I've probably taken more abusive on this site (warranted and unwarranted) than anyone over the last couple of years but the only deleting has been on my post - just like my second post I had on this thread. It always amazed my how my post would be deleted and I got a "warning to be ban" email from Crash yet the person who abused me first or had something to say to me first never had their post deleted - sorted of like Dray's post to which I replied wasn't deleted.

I've even emailed Crash and report abuse on this site about post that were racist in nature or disrespectful to riders who have died(the only type post I've reported) yet nothing happen - no deleted post what so ever. But now it's so important to "stay on topic" - go figure.
EDIT by CRASH.NET:
We are trying to make it better.

The guy is not making any excuses, he is being thrown in to a pack of wolves with almost no practice. That is criminal. They should be allowed to practice, much more than they are now. That way they can develop the bike as well. I hope he does well.

Cal has 3 big things in his favor -one being Colin as mentor, the other being support from the highest echelons of Yamaha's racing program, the third being the learning model set by Spies.

And yes, he's going to fall off as he figures out how far to push the tires, and there are going to be setbacks, but he's an analytical rider and does indeed seem to learn quickly, so there's nothing at this stage to indicate that he can't continue to improve.

As for all this business of what he did or didn't do to get into MotoGP: it's totally irrelevant now. The only thing that matters is how he manages from this point on.

CRASH.NET,

Keep kicking out any other fans/trolls who support other riders in deference to the yellow god. Also ban from the site any who make any intelligent comment in the negative to to the Yellow God.

We in the meantime expect to continue unabated in our bashing of Yellow God's closest rivals and we thankyou wholeheartedly in this approach due to our lower than average intelligence levels that do not afford us a level playing field.

WOW, the Daily Mirror of Motogp gets morals...lol

(Must be hitting the Crash cash register with so many NOT supporting Flo. We the discerning public can understand that you need to protect your Dorna feeds of income and flaggelant self promotion of Flo.)

What a wonderful 3 ringed circus you run.
