Am i missing something, i thought the extra practice was for all the MOTOGP riders on the grid not just Rossi?
Well, you learn something everyday.

It doesn't bother me a bit that more practice sessions are added to help Mr Goat. It only makes him look bad. It'll be more track time and yet turning out poor times. There'll be long, long practice and qualifying sessions with plenty of struggling laps. Looks like we are going to miss Stoner's single flying lap.

@ Me, I'll make a query that I have made before, will Honda condone the single flying lap and will they be OK with 4 or 5 lap stints? We'll see.

Longer sessions last season could have led to less tumbles, but I doubt it because Hayden was falling off too. It begs the question that if all of Casey's crashes came in the first handfull of laps, how come he could set such searing times by performing a single flying lap? Genius perhaps?

Crikey Dray,'Honda stacking the deck with the best riders,Pedrosa/Stoner/Dovi/Simmo'.
And all this time I figured you touted Rossi as the best.
All round, the more practise they have available, the better. I can understand cost savings in terms of 'off season' factory rider practise, but on the race weekend, gimme a break !!! Save what ? Some rubber and a few kg's of fuel coupled to minimal engine deteriorisation. Glad to see 3 sessions and 1 quali back.

Good point sladge. What Stoner complained most about was the 'searing' unpredictability of the bike.
Do the same thing three laps in a row,no problem, and on the 4th lap, exact same telemetry data, and down you go. Sort the front and the problem shifts to the rear.
Is this the old Japanese precision predictability issue vs Italian flair on the day ?
Probably. Perhaps Valentino can bring the best of both worlds. Tissot will tell the tale in Sepang 1 carried through to Sepang 2.

This is simply a plot against the best rider in the world, our beloved Casey Stoner !

Due to his superior skills and unparalleled riding ability, he is always the first to have his bike set up and put fast times.

I am not worried, he is so clever that none of Rossi's manipulations will prevent Casey to get his rightly deserved title. !

QUOTE 'One day Crash will come up with a thread that can't be turned into Rossi bashing. It won't be soon though'.

Rossi bashing unfortunately seems ok on here.

EDIT by CRASH.NET - Posts intended solely to belittle Rossi by use of a derisory nickname have been removed from this and other recent threads. Likewise for Crutchlow.

To what are you referring John?
I've seen mention before talking about posts being removed, the removal always occurs before I've had a chance to see them. I thought Crash's policy was to say why they have edited/deleted a post.

EDIT by CRASH.NET - Edits and deletions are routinely made where it becomes apparent that an individual is trolling a thread with the express intent of deriding, insulting and belittling a rider.
