I suppose we should be saying that the Ducati HAS improved (the others were expected to be fast)
Both Nicky and Rossi were a lot quicker than the fastest Duc race lap from last season. More to come too from both of them.

All credit to Casey, fast out of the trap on the Honda. And Simo? where did that come from? Looking forward to these two going at it this year.

Rossi and the GP11 will come good, but the bigger picture is 2012 and the return of the 1 litre bikes, this year is just a learning year on the Ducati ready for 2012.

Casey should win looking at the times, but his consistency has always been the issue, I think we might see Ben Spies win a race or two this year too.

I'm pretty sure everyones reading a little to much into the testing times, they don't really give any indication to anything come race day all they really established is that the guys everyone knew were going to be fast were, and that the ducati still needs some work no surprise there!

Rossi's times and his condition after surgery just show that he made the wrong decision to wait so long to get surgery. He should have missed the last 3 rounds of 2010. Now his 2011 chances are being messed up badly by not being fully fit.

Quite good times from Aoyama, must make a difference being in the more experienced Gresini team. Elias as usual sux on a motogp bike.

Wow Stoner on the Honda and Spies on the Yam. Just looked to me like another two almost riders getting on the best bikes... pretty uninspiring really.

ps I thought no one could ride the duke but Stoner..... another myth down the drain... faster than stoners best ever lap in a race injured whilst testing..
The duke will be fixed though I doubt with the cf frame.

Rawdawg, I read your post yesterday, your list is a joke, what do you do , go through at the end of the day and delete all the ones where you sound ridiculous, oh no it can't be that there wouldn't be any posts.. ha ha ah ..
