c'mon guys - how come most ignored Simoncelli's lead after the 3 days. Astonishing achievement in this day and age (if you are not one of the 4 aliens). The guy will mix, now and then, with the big boys, and you know how he does it - banging fairings all the way... Let's hope race directions won't fine him from time to time, coz I know that that's how I like racing. Go Sic!

Early days. One quick lap during the first test never won a championship! Lots more testing to go and then, March 20 we'll see who gets pole and who actually wins the race.

Love how you professional. Armchair racers are.deciding g the season after the first test. Crutchlow and Elias really stunk it up out there.

Billy, where do you get off dude? I bet spies and stoner win more races than most.

Amazing that there's hardly any mention of Lorenzo - just like last year ironically! Clearly he's the man to beat, and he'll be even better this year now that he's won a championship. I just hope it's close....

Just to tell you all Honda test team told of Rea test and said his best was 203.3. Two weeks ago same conditions on casey bike so it would not be easy for him first time out there either. From where I was at track Crutchlow did a good enough job first time at ling hard sepang track and with same injury to shoulder as vale. Takes time guys. Simoncelli last in 2010 sepang test crashed 4 times now fastest a year later

Good test for the honda's and yamaha's as a whole. Hayden found a chunk of time and Rossi solved the chatter problems. He is already benefitting the team greatly. Will be a great season this year, Rossi's shoulder will be 100%, hopefully in time. I was relieved to see Hayden and Rossi in the 2:01's and expect big things from them. Rossi will be in the top 5 come race time, then it'll be down to the best "racer." I still like his chances. Also, big props to Sim, Pedrosa and Stoner. Dov and Lor finished where they should have too.

Inconsistency. But he seems to improving. Time will tell.

Ditto that. I prefer it that way since I can imagine the doubters' ugly faces when he comes from behind and eliminate all their heroes one at a time as I drink my beer comfortably laughing.
