Some folks seem keen to blame the bike or its designer already for Rossi's showing so far......s'funny, a little Aussie seemed to do OK on it even before the '80 sec fix'.....
I'm sure the relationship will improve but whether it will ever suit Rossi completely is another matter.....some of the comments he and Burgess made about the bike & Casey last season are looking kinda foolish now.

Looking very Mick Doohan and Alex Criville dont you think ??

Once again the Aussie is consistant and that is what wins you championships. I am sure there is more to come yet from all the riders.
I hope JB and Rossi get their new version of the Duc going, as 9th for a 9 times world champion is a bit sad.

Love to see the bean counters at Ducati talking to Torchio:

Torchio: Where a she go all wrong, we spenda like Uccio at Blue Oyster, we dump a the super bikes, we bring in a Jerimiah the speedy mechanic...why, why is a she all a no good.

BeanCounter: Just going over the figures here, lets see, we saved 20 million on superbikes but spent 30 million developing 4 new GP11 to Valentino's development direction. We also spent 20 million on Valentino. Looks like were only down 30 million.

Torchio: How a this compare to Casey?

BeanCounter: Well we pay him about 5 million last year, he won races and we still had the most successful superbike in all its history. We had great sales exposure through both.

Torchio: I a don't know about this Rossi, he say it all is easy fix...just give me company chequebook..I do this and best we see is 9th.
