Track closed. Stoner quickest on all three days. Top with a 1.59.665 on 2nd lap 2day. Race pace also frighteningly fast. Roll on Qatar

Stoner did a long run of 14-laps earlier. Best was a 2.00.887. Only two laps over 2.01.6!!! Seriously impressive stuff

oh this aint good for Ducati/Rossi.
This is a bike you can't just turn around into a winning bike.
It seems that only he whining man could ride the whining bike, and now... the so called whining man sits on top. Maybe we will have a all NEW whining man soon in the Ducati garage.
And i'm a Rossi fan but this aint gonna be his Factory.
Wrong bet for Rossi! Burgess had doubts befor and if you doubt, dont do it.

Rossi looks pretty bad to me...skinny, gaunt hollow around the eyes and it has nothing to do with the flu...he really doesn't look fit and well. Vito looks like he just stuck his finger in a power socket. This seems to be a common look amongst Ducati riders now.

Maybe its a shock and awe campaign. Stoner provides the awe and Ducati is shocked.

Look how healthy and happy Stoner looks now having left them....something in the Lasagna maybe....hmmm

from what i can see 2011, is going to be a good watch, so many ppl capable of winning races, it will be a showdown till the last race, lets see who is mentaly able to withstand the ressure, but like most ppl dont see, this is only testing, no1 can keep up these laptimes during the race, and we know the win goes to those who can battle

Yea rossi was real lucky getting those bikes, especially the yamaha now the ducati.lmao. Stoner got best bike 07 now again 2011. Maybe he,ll double up WC wins this year. What,s wrong with the super yams? Old rossi beat stoner with it last year with a broken leg and wrecked shoulder. I think stoner might do it this year but i,d prefer pedrosa to get it. Like casey no real personality but doesn,t bitch about everybody and everything.Just gets on with it, pedrosa stoner lorenzo.

Unless Rossi/Dedcat can pull a rabbit out of their hat,and become competitive,i feel the move to Dedcati may prove to be the single most dumb decision made by both parties.Who blames who in the italian camp..Maybe the health issues may come to be more commom ( MY POOR SHOULDER ETC ) I hope they can find something just so it dosnt become embarrasing.Im a honda man through an through but hope the rossi ride at least gives him enough so as his eventual exit from GP can be dignified ,befitting of the Legend..I want to see Rossi go out fighting ,not leaving as a back marker on a dedcat..

Hey bladerida, don't worry about that. Like other *important* personalities, Rossi will be spared embarrassment. Remember how Capello was forced to issue a statement of "how he appreciated a hardworking professional like Beckham", and then recall him. Beckham the useless player was being recalled, while the brilliant Figo was sacked. Like Beckham, Rossi is over-hyped.

Rossi, on times is very close to where he was last year but everyone else seems to have moved on. I am a Rossi fan but this job is too big for him and I cannot see him winning this year at all and a podium finish will be nothing short of miraculous. If a manufacturer cannot make a racing motorcycle go fast through corners then they would appear to be in the wrong business. Stoner could, and probably still could simply because he rode around the problems and he will walk the championship this year because he is now, and probably has been for a few years, not the luckiest but the best. With any luck he will over time, develop a personality as well!
