Fantastic test and some amazing times from the Honda squad. What else is there left to say about Stoner?Someone coined the term "Alpha Alien" sometime back and they look to be spot-on.
Stoner seems to like Qatar,he should be plenty quick there..another lap record?
You bet.

its gonna be a honda dominance year. The fastet non-honda rider is more than 1 second away of the fastest time and thats too much..
Anyway, I hope we are going to have an interesting season though..

Waiting for the haters to jump in with the usual:

Spies quit at lunchtime? This guy is lazy and a stupidhead. How'd he ever get on the factory team.
Stoner the fastest? It's the bike. He'll never win the championship. It was a lucky fast lap. Stoner will wash out the front end, like in 06.
Pedrosa will never win the championship. Stoner will take his spot on the team. This guy gets lucky.
Watch out for super-Sic. The other rookie from last year that can make a splash.

Now for reality:
Stoner has proven by now, that it isn't the bike. The guy really is fast!
Pedrosa should never be counted out.
Spies really has earned the factory seat.
Seriously, watch out for Super-Sic!

Bozz their hitting their heads against a brick wall because their program was all over the shop.

No testing of flex packages or chassis...just left sitting there, only a swingarm was trialled. Hayden had no idea until after testing had finished each day what Rossi was trialling etc.

They should have pumped out new parts to all riders to get feedback...they are in desperate straights and needed mass info.

Very poor indeed Ducati.

Stoner what can you say....clearly the best rider out there and an outstanding program by Honda.

Great Sepang performance by Honda, Stoner and Pedrosa close, Yamaha not too far off. The Honda bike was good there last year in the race as well, so must suit the track. (Dovi second).
The Ducati was not good at Sepang in either testing or 2010 race but is very good at Quatar and Rossi won there last year (only after Stoner departed).
There is still lots to look forward to in testing let alone the prospect of the races.
Rossi and Stoner's change of team and the Ducati struggles are making it interesting - not a same old same old pre-season. Rossi even got sick and missd what could be a critical day of testing.
Overall I am enjoying it a lot.
