Rossi putting on a brave face in difficult times.

Vittoriano Guareschi on the other hand must take some responsibility for Ducati's decision to use a Carbon Fibre swingarm in 2008, and the Carbon Fibre frame since 2009. He was the official Ducati Test Rider that tested these CF parts many months before they were used in the race bikes.

Hope to see Val at the sharp end come Sunday.I know he has a big challenge on his hands with that Ducati and it is pretty plain to see that he now realises that himself. But can you REALLY count this man out?
Not on your Nelly!

He's struggling, admits it, and tells us why. He let's us know what needs to happen before he's ready to compete (note he doesn't say win) so no need to bash him.(yes I know it's fun)

Dani and Casey are as near as dammit equal on time, a massive 6 tenths faster than the 3rd place man. So along with every other rider Rossi must be wetting himself.

A good race for me would be Dani and Casey up front swapping paint. George and Ben catching them toward the end, and Rossi the best of the rest, with Nicky on his tail. Doesn't matter who wins, it's only the first race of 18.
