its going to be a tough year for lorenzo to beat stoner , its not going to be like last year ! lorenzo will hardly win if stoner and pedrosa never have any major problems during the race day .

I was most impressed with HRC...Those guys have really stepped up...Stoner showed great patience and racecraft for a very impressive win...Lorenzo was also very impressive...Nice ride to get the most points possible considering how Casey was going...Bridgestone also deserves props for having tyres that worked well even towards the end of the race.

Like last year it looked like where guys qualify is pretty close to the race results.

If you were to truly answer this question without bias or favoritism at all then Lorenzo is the clear winner here. Had he been able to get in front of Stoner and control the pace this could have been a very different race. Ala Laguna Seca a few years ago when Rossi rodeo'ed his way past Casey and got in his head. All of the top riders were riding cleanly except Simo. That hip check on Dovi was completely uncalled for and bordered on being out of control. Love to see Dovi give him a soil sample at Jerez! Everyone is down on Spies for not cracking the top 5 but lets face it how many people have done a race long dice with Rossi and come out on the positive end of the scrap? I know Rossi is hurt and the bike is dung but it was fun to watch!
