Now we see why Lorenzo cited the Valencia incident between Simo and Jorge as a reason why Simo is dangerous. Simo did the exact same thing to Lorenzo. It's a move that from an outsiders perspective looks like it's the guy on the inside lines fault, when in reality Simo is effectively cutting off the nose of the person on the inside line.

I feel really bad for Pedrosa....if it's a clean break, then he should just let it heal on it's own, he's young and even if he loses a round, then he should still be in the running by the end of the year, barring no other catastrophes!!! Looking at the video again, Pedrosa had no where to go, he was clearly cut off by Sic.. Sic should be suspended for at least one one race....... Dorna dosent have the Huevos to do it ........ they wouldn't want to deplete their precious grid..........

don't really care what anyone thinks. he forced dani to sit the bike up and caused the crash. it may be racing but he always seems to be the in-forcer hence why no one wants to race with him. im not even a dani fan hope he can race next time out

I'm not a Pedro or Simo fan. Feel sorry for Pedro, the stuck throttle and now this, must have broken about 400 mirrors or something. But from the Photos and video you can see Dani getting very loose, leg off and out. Simo is more composed and relaxed and turns in from out wide. And is marginally infront of Dani. Dani even says that he ran out of road, the where both pushing hard, simo just happened to come out on top. That version of hard style racing was week in and week out in the 80's and 90's, it's in WSBK, so why should it not be in the MotoGP, the premier category Of motorcycle racing.

Politics and intrigues overshadowing racing, we did not need it in MotoGP. Who is slower should yield, who is smarter should prevail, you do it wrong you will suffer, stewards stay out of racing.

I feel bad for Pedrosa but let's not make Simoncelli public enemy number one. I have been watching GPs for 4 decades now and these sort of things have happened before. Lorenzo was lucky he didn't cause Dovi to crash at the beginning of the race. Compared to Schwantz, Raney, Gardner & Doohan, Simoncelli is a teddy bear on the track...

Dani was the slower rider at that stage in the race. The smart thing for him to do was just let Simo go. I am not implying to not put up a fight but no one seems to be asking why he put himself in that situation with an aggressive Marco. He (Dani Pedrosa) did not have to put himself on an inside line there, which is not the correct line for the chicane. My point it's his fault as well.

Simo took the correct line sure he could have held up too, but so could Dani in this case inside line was not the kind of line to take for that corner.

This is my view. It's a shame Dani is so fragile I was rooting for him this year.
