Brad's going great this year, and respect to him for that...

BUT...

The way he acted when Pons crashed and helplessly slid under his bike at the weekend was shocking - he an over and slapped Pons' helmet, without any thought for his safety, clearly blaming him for the crash...

@ markby69

If a rider knocked me off (one who'd been following me for a good few laps) at the end of a session I would be pretty pissed at him and would of probably done something along the lines of what Brad had done. He was only venting his frustration in the heat of the moment as many other riders have done before in the same situation. And the crash was all Pons fault, he had been following Brad and crashed in the braking zone, Brad was blameless as he had no idea what Pons had done and just got wiped out!

markby69,
I can see what you mean regarding Brad's reaction, but in Brad's defense he hadn't seen what actually happened, and from his point of view he was minding his own business when out of nowhere he was sideswiped. In hindsight, I think he'd look back and see it was an honest mistake by Pons, and he maybe wouldn't react that way. still, it wasn't as bad as Wayne Maxwell at Philip Island last year!

Its very easy to sit in the comfort of your sofa and with the hindsight of replay's/slow mo and commentary to easily point the figure BUT the lad was out putting in lap after lap pushing up the grid and Pons was gettin a tow plain and simple but Brad let him follow then out of nowhere(as has been said) he was taken out with 100% pons error. Had pons slid into him or hit him from behind while still on is irrelvant the fault was his and Bradley was rightly frustrated and just made a point, No harm no foul, not quite as bad as Marquez at Estoril though taking Redding out!!
