Slow news day. Nothing gets the threads jumping like a "let's compare Rossi to X" type article huh Crash?

It will be a lot of people spinning these numbers anyway they like. My two cents says that the only thing that can definitely be said is that the Ducati isn't as good as the Yamaha. But we already should have known that.

Another bunch of useless statistics. What exactly special do 4 rounds into the season have? Any comparison based on so few events is doomed to lead into misconceptions either good or bad. I'd accept a half-season statistic (more as an entertainment thing than something useful) but this is nonsense.

Thumbs up if you think it's sad that someone comes to a site that they supposedly don't like then takes time to post and ask people to agree with them that it's a bad site.

Thumbs down if it makes them a bit of a knobb

It has been an unusual season to say the least. This years points don't give a true picture of what's to come. VR finishing an average of 14 seconds off the pace in the first races are nothing to feel optimistic about,,, it Rossi, excellence is expected.
IMO - gifted podiums should be celebrated as some kind of honest accomplishment.

Dear Crash:

I do appreciate the effort. BUT. If you're going to mess around with numbers/stats, then you should highlight all riders - not just Rossi to get traffic. You makes you guys look....well, you know.

And ultimately, you drew no conclusion whatsoever. What was the point?

I'm sure we would all rather hear an analysis as to WHY Toni Elias is doing so horribly. Maybe you can compare some of his data from the last few years. Just tell yourself it's Rossi.

I think these stats only show that Val is having a tougher time adapting to the Ducati than he may have anticipated.Other than that it tells us b@gger all!
You could win the first 4 races of the year.Still doesnt mean you are going to win the championship though does it?
Read into it what you will.
