"On reflection I have realised where I have gone wrong and in the future I will try at certain times to evaluate the situation better and be a little more cautious" – Marco Simoncelli.

I actually appreciate what he says about having two weeks to think about it. Not sure if this applies to MotoGP riders at all, but I crashed my motorcycle a few months ago and still think about it. Crashes are much more complex than you think, I noticed a planter box shedding dirt where I crashed and realized I wasn't a huge idiot after all. Simo has had 2 weeks to think and analyze the crash, and maybe realize he wasn't completely correct, when he may have thought he was before.

So if Dani hadn't crashed would this even be a controversy? More interesting if it had be Rossi would anyone had said anything but Dani is a baby for crying?

Yes it's not popular to question Rossi, but Rossi last year was far more agressive then Sic and every one praised him as a great fighter/racer. But if anyone not named Rossi does the same that are called dirty.

Motegi last year how is that different? Because Lorenzo didn't crash? I am not pro or anti Rossi or anyone else, more I am simple pro fair treatment of EVERYONE. If it's ok for Rossi to bash others around then it should be ok for others to do the same. Everyone has to play by the same rules
