MotoGP » Stoner 'annoyed' as pole slips away

"We're confident with our race pace on hard tyres if the weather stays dry, it's just upsetting to have a qualifying session like this" – Casey Stoner.

Did any one notice that today's warm up times are significantly slower than yesterday's qualifying times.
I looks like it could be a wet race.
Who can go fast the whole distance in a wet race?

I'm enjoying seeing Casey leading the race by some 2 seconds from Jorge. Where's Marco?

Oh that's right, he's down in 6th after a bad start. Got his ass handed to him off the line by just about everyone on the first 2 rows!

Hasn't managed a lap even close to Stoner so not much chance of him seeing a podium. So much for the comments that he's going to show Stoner how to ride the Honda!

for those of you commenting on how stoners attitude and personality is "typically aussie" i have never met another australian that seems to be like him..NEVER...

and i know plenty and they are all top top people. don't diss the whole nation because your particular pride and joy of the moment doesnt have a likeable personality to the everyday fan ( i'm not saying hes a bad chap just pointing out the obvious )

Who's changed his tune then ?? It wasn't long ago that Stoner said he couldn't care less about being on pole ! It didn't bother him, blah, blah! What a hypocrite he is. I get sick to death of Stoner never being happy! He always maintains he could have gone faster, could have done this, that and the other!! Hurtling off in front is'nt good enough either as he has often said he could have had more speed but because of something or other didn't manage it !!!! For God's sake, not another year of moaning and groaning, I can't stand it !!!!!
