No penalty because Julian called in to the meeting and requested that Kenan not be penalized because it was a racing incident. Good mate Julian. Get well soon.

you cant start giving out bans for some1 trying to pass. rossi took stoner out and not a word said, he was never getting round that corner, typical rossi ****

EDIT by CRASH.NET - this topic is not about Valentino Rossi.

@ darren. Just get over it. The Rossi incident is possibly why any such incident since has been under the scrutiny of race control. Common sense has prevailed and the same must now be considered for all future incidents. I appreciate you must be a Stoner fan and if by their own admission Honda had an easier start system, Stoner would have finished that race too.

spot the rossi basher, get a grip man when did this topic have anything to do with rossi.....

very good decision thats what should have happened with the simo and zarco incidents, maybe they realised after zarco/terol they couldnt keep punishing ppl straight away with out a thorough investigation, for all we simon could have rolled of the throttle slightly only an investigation finds these things ...

Interesting that Simon went to plead for Kenan's letting off.

In the Spanish press he is reported as saying the move was "supersuperviolenta" ... they then go on to harp on about how Spain is about to pass Great Britain in the all time Motorcycle wins records, 384 vs 385 if you conveniently ignore sidecars ..... Obviously, for them this is a whole lot better as it is in our home circuit.

EDIT by CRASH.NET - comments on Spanish people removed
