I've just read an article at motomatters and Casey's comments are deamn right! I feel the 'moaner' Casey was made just at the time he was challenging in 2007 and it wasn't happen by him but media along with VRfans agenda and finally VR/JB themselves. All this turned very unfair and Stoner couldn't be happy in any way so thru the years he was in fact in a very bitter position. I'm surprised he didn't break like Melandri but anyway his fury had needed to be naturally exhaled somewhere. Marco collapsed mentally but Stoner was also closed (eg.misterious disease) couse mind games against him went each side. Thanks God mr.Doohan had taken his side and it was very mature.

RawDawg - I did write motomatters.com, to stop the lie they started. Burgess never claimed they would fix the bike in 80 seconds, he claimed they would fix the wobbling in 80 seconds. Motomatters.com misconstructed this interview and started this lie Stoner fans are so pissed about. Also Stoner.

@Ty46

If JB said he would fix the bike in 80 sec or fix the wobbling in 80 sec or fix anything 80 sec I think what Casey says still applies - JB was on the outside looking in and should have keep his mouth shut. JB saying he could do anything to the bike in 80 sec did make it seem like Casey guys were stupid and made it seem like JB knew more about the bike than them.

That perception doesn't change even if the exact wording does.

He wasn't even talking about Casey's wobbling, but that of satellite Ducatis. He said nothing disrespectful. Read the original interview (not the lie by motomatters).

Well done Casey on such a miserable day! I was track side, and the bloke has no equal today. I think people are starting to realise how bad the ducati was, and how much Casey flattered it. Also, to all the trolls who were asking why Edwards still had a ride, nuff said! poor guy was off his face on sat night when he came to talk to the fans onstage. Sad to see Rossi doing so badly, maybe he really did believe too much of his own hype
