"I was just happy to stay up on the bike, it was incredibly cold and I was so nervous as in these conditions it's so easy to crash!" – Casey Stoner.

"he cannot develop a bike that is obvious if he could Rossi's job would be much easier"

Casey gave Rossi a bike that took 3 wins , 4 podiums in the last 6 races in 2010. Funny Rossi can't ride it.
Engineers build and develop the bike. Rides provide feedback to assist them hence the term " developement rider". Pity that Ducati can't build a bike that is rider friendly. They did not listen to Casey when he provided the feedback that was required to develop the bike.

Too bad for Ducati that they let go of the only person good enough and brave enough to ride the beast.

Go Casey, now that you an a bike that is predicatble and with a company that listens to you.

Hats off to CS, he has got this title sawn up by the look of it, it's just a shame he has the personality of a corpse and he is so arrogant that he believes he should be the only rider on the circuit in qualifying. He shows no respect to the fans or his fellow riders, he should have been made to start at the back of the grid after punching Randy D at least it would have made the race interesting.Unfortunately there is a bigger problem to consider and that is MotoGP is now the most boring motor sport event to be shown on TV and doesn't look like improving in the forseable future. Don't be so quick to see Rossi retireing or any other rider for that matter, the grid is small enough as it is.

Motogp has had many boring periods, that is not the main problem. F1 has put real effort into making the racing more exciting(got as bad as motogp is) and it has been a revelation there hasn't been a motogp race all year to match any of the f1 races, and only one last year(sepang)comes close.
Next years regs are for more of the same, unless motogp wants to disappear up it's own back side it needs to act now.

I have to disagree with the comment that Stoner has the personality of a corpse - its an insult to corpses and its a shame Depuniet did not punch his lights out at Le Mans. Maybe one dark night when he is walking back to his trailer........
