This will be one complete waste of time and the beginning of the end of GP if these "crt" teams aren't competitive enough for at least a top 5. We don't need more fights for 10th place.

Well that was all a waste of time wasn't it?
I can understand wanting to maintain a certain minimum standard of quality, but all the furore over rule changes just to get another six bikes on the grid, was it really worth it?
Especially if Suzuki defect and who knows what will happen in future years with some of the other single bike satellite teams?

Well,i have said in the past that we need a bigger grid in the top class, but what we need is top class machines and top class riders. What we dont need are bikes and riders who are there simply to make up the numbers and get in the way.

A new privateer team with one rider has no chance of success. Without a top rider, which they would struggle to pay for, how could they develope it. Something needs to be done though, the grids look crap on modern huge tracks

It's only me who was expecting a little more new entries?
They talked about some 16 teams who wanted to take part. Now I can see six new places. From 17 to 23 is the big increase? It's worth to change the rules because of so few newcomers? In wsb (not this year, but some ago) or bsb I think it's usual that 5-6 new teams arrive every year. Without any changes of rules.

The Manufacturers should have agreed to lease engines to teams like they used to so chassis builders can enter...

Harris, Roberts etc....

But its just got all too expensive on the engine, electronics side. Think this was the only solution...
