A nail biting race in very tricky conditions. With a few more results like that, Marquez could become the next Vinales :)
Smith had a big moment 4 laps from the end, (which the commentators missed), which was probably when he decided it was better to settle for 3rd rather than risk binning it so close to the end. Still, back to back podiums shows it was no flash in the pan. I hope he can find the same consistency when we finally get back to some dry racing. Got to wonder what's up with Redding, getting lapped. A very disappointing result after promising performances in practice.

Marco Simoncelli crashed out of his first three races in 2009, and still dominated the 250 season, and took the world title. So there is precedent for Marc Marquez to achieve the same in Moto2...

My mistake 2009 he still dominated most of the season but lost out to Aoyama for the world title...

Yes Shrieker, I was pleased for Kenan today. He rode with great control and determination, and it's good to see a rider of a different nationality take the podium.

Good news too for other WSS riders, who will be encouraged by his competitiveness in the class.

Ant West, is the perfect example of a racer, who lacks awareness or is just plain stubborn, it's no wonder he is riding around without a helmet sponsor... Since most on the countries involved in motogp, or want to be, are somewhat superstitious, I would change my racing number from the thirteen to something else...
