well i guess for rossi anything under a minute behind the winner is a plus. Looks like the seamless gearbox isn't worth half a second a lap compared to Hayden.

Ducati are in big trouble here and Mugello their home circuit will show by just how much.

Rossi is after a Japanese smooth flow bike and he will not get that out of this bike. They are still extremely concerned with front end folds and won't push past a limit.

Assen is a pretty tight course well suited to the better handling Yamaha. Well done Ben.

As for sideshow once a fool always a fool, Jarvis nearly had a heart attack.

Well done Ben and a rousing "YEEEEHAAAW". Figured it was a matter of time. Smart rides by Casey and Dovi. Say what you will about Rossi, the man gets results. Wins are awesome but the championship is decided by points. (donesn't mean I think he'll win the championship this year) Bummed for everyone that fell. Good job by Jlo salvaging what he could. Simo...WTF over? I guess the best thing you can say is he was able to bump start a very tough to start Honda. Cal and Colin are some tough mofo's.

"how can two factory honda has no answer to spies pace?"

@ah seng rossi's no 1 fan

I have to admit that I was stunned by this and was doing a little head scratching myself.

What happen?

The Yamaha hasn't shown this amount of pace all season. Casey and Dovi had no answer.

I don't know if Spies just clicked with the bike and had the right setting or just had more confidence in the tires. And Jorge was no slouch coming through the field. Or maybe Stoner's high side had him thinking points and he didn't want to do anything silly.

It will be interesting to see if they give anything away in the press releases.

"With JL's pace, he should've won in Assen, didn't you guys see that he still shows the same or faster pace with Ben using a damaged bike ?"

um, yeah, that's a lie.

Jorge was not showing the same pace and definitely not a faster pace than Ben in the race. Please check the actual laps on MotoGP.com before you speak rubbish about pace. Ben almost did twice the amount of laps in 1'35's that Jorge did.
